Lead for Guidance, Navigation, and Control IPT for GMLRS Production
Lead for Guidance Set Refresh (GSR) development program
Lead for Proximity Sensor Obsolescence redesign program
Primary program interface for Cybersecurity and Property Management efforts as required for GMLRS Production
Candidate will serve as the cost, technical, and schedule lead for the above efforts and support the Senior Program Manager for GMLRS Production in day-to-day execution of production activities. Minimum of an Bachelor's degree
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Team-building and interpersonal skills leadingcross-functional teams
Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive issues and actions to closure
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to address complex matters and solutionswith program team and senior leadership
Understanding of Earned Value Management(EVM) and processes associated withdevelopment, implementation, and management of cost and schedule baselines
Schedule and financial performancemanagement experience
Risk and opportunity management experience
Ability to travel to support key program events including program management reviews with suppliers and USG customer Desired Skills:
Bachelor and/or Masters degree in engineering and/or scientific disciplines
Experience in subcontract management
Experience working with US military customers and stakeholders
Experience with presentations to senior leadership and customer
Prior training in Program Management Fundamentals and CAM certification Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
