Job Description:
• Provide thought leadership and change subject matter expertise for GBS initiatives throughout the change lifecycle; planning, execution and transition into a BAU • Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation • Develop and maintain Multi-Generational Plan for the program • Responsible for ensuring all appropriate partners are engaged, all impacts are identified, all appropriate forums/reviews/ routines are leveraged for approvals and deployment • Responsible for the development, maintenance of an integrated delivery plan • Develop and/or management of budgets for program/projects • Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems • Analyze project health reports prepared by project manager to understand progress and mitigate issues proactively • Ensure program & project teams adhere to BofA ECM guidelines to reduce risk • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations • Provide leadership to a distributed (multi geography) management team • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
