We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in REMOTE, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: Runs day to day functions of the Program Enablement Office; Develops and maintains program governance and operating process documentation; Establishes and manages program communication forums and reporting vehicles as well as the Program RAID log and integrated plan; Project management support for Front End (UI/UX) work stream and liaison with OCM work stream Establish program management functions to facilitate the execution of a cross-functional and transformation program Establish and deploy project standards to allow for consistent reporting across the program Provide project execution guidance to facilitate project delivery Complete project management deliverables including status reports, project planning, issue/risk management and solicit feedback/gain buy-in from senior leaders across the company Identify and develop stakeholder communications by working closely with business owners, product owners, and development team members as needed Build relationships with all key parties and understand internal processes to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables Serve as an expert resource to Executives and senior management while providing input to assist in the development and enhancement of strategic direction of the Program Be a champion for organizational change to allow teams to be better aligned and more collaborative in nature Partner with organizational change management resources to provide materials and tools to facilitate changes within the organization required for Program success Identify relevant performance and change management metrics to be monitored and measured Support training efforts by reviewing and helping to manage the facilitation of training programs, as needed Drive leadership engagement and alignment activities Seek feedback to capture and incorporate lessons learned Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the overall success of the initiative Qualifications: Bachelor degree (BA or BS) is required. Master degree in a related field is a plus and will be considered Prior consulting experience is strongly desired A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience A minimum of 5 years managing large projects with multi-million-dollar budgets Must have experience in eCommerce platforms and/or transformation initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic A passion for results Ability to resolve complex issues with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Experience managing large eCommerce platform transformation programs About NTT DATA Services: NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
