ERP and Transformation Department - Program Manager
The ERP and Transformation (ERP and T) Department in Accounting is looking for a Program Manager or Facilitator.
The ERP and T department is a team of accounting and business professionals who work closely with the ERP technology teams to implement new SAP systems or interfaces.
This team liaisons with various business teams to gather requirements, translates these into specifications for the technology teams, collaborates with them on design, supports configuration, performs testing and then works with the operating teams in Accounting on end-user testing and training.
The primary responsibility of the role is to coordinate and facilitate the execution of multiple projects and workstreams led by the ERP team, including alignment of milestones and dependencies.

Program Leadership:

Coordinate across multiple workstreams, to develop consolidate overall plan:

Examples: Prepare and maintain consolidated plan by working with each workstream lead
Support Senior leaders in developing roadmap including key milestones and timelines.

Manage day to day overall plan updates and tracking including risk and issues management:

Facilitate Project Stakeholder and Oversight Committee update meetings:

Examples: Develop periodic plan dashboard and required presentations for stakeholder meetings
Set up and lead periodic update meetings to discuss actions and decisions impacting the overall plan

Resource Planning:

Examples: Support planning of support resources allocation across workstreams
Identify conflicts for any support resources
Develop project budget for business partner resources, manage changes to budgets and track actual costs

Leadership qualities, particularly in driving and taking initiative in moving toward overall plan and objectives
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization
Technical and business sponsors to foster a collaborative environment.
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Experienced in building work-based plans and performing against baselines

Manager needs someone who can help them out in client's business side of things.
The candidate will be acting as a Program Manager while managing various technical and financial projects -
keeping tabs on these projects, managing the scope of the projects, making sure they are meeting the deadlines, mitigating the risks, should be updated with the stage where the project is currently at, etc.
The candidate does not need to be a technical person but should have technical knowledge to be able to communicate with the engineering teams.
Candidates should understand more of financial and business needs - must have.
The candidate will also be interacting with Project Team Leads as well as High Level Executives so they should have excellent communication skills.
The candidate needs someone who can work independently after minimal guidance and should be able to take initiative by themselves.
There are 15 to 20 projects that this person will be handling where most of them are System Integration Projects and will be responsible for at least on project release in a month. Hence, they should've worked on small as well as large scale projects.
Need someone who has financial and business background.
Experience with SAP or ERP is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience working at client is highly preferred.
