Program Manager Quality Data AnalyticsSeeking a Skilled Program Manager Quality Data Analytics I to join our team!Work location: This position is primarily remote. We have an in person team meeting every other month; otherwise, it is from home.Work hours: Full Time (40 Hours); Monday-Friday 8-5 (there is some flexibility in work hours given the nature of the work)Department highlights:

Here’s What You NeedEducation
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Technology or related field is required
Master's Degree Healthcare, Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
3 Years Acute Care Hospital or Healthcare Setting is required and
2 Years Healthcare Analytics is required and
1 Year EPIC Documentation/Chart Audit is required and
1 Year Premier Healthcare Quality Analytics Suite is preferred
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required
CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality 3 Years is required
What You Will Do
Health Data & Analytics
Acquire, validate, store, secure, and understand data, thus transforming data into valuable, actionable information
Acquire data from disparate source
Validate the structural integrity of manual and electronic data sets
Protect privacy and security of data
Demonstrate knowledge of administrative, clinical, and quality data management
Create valid and reliable documentation to ensure business continuity by developing detailed documentation to ensure the reproduction of analytic findings
Manage selected reporting tools that support quality improvement across the organization
Follows a systematic approach using statistical concepts, algorithms, and models to assess data in support of healthcare improvement and data-driven decision making
Demonstrate knowledge of statistical concepts and methods
Apply statistical methods associated with various improvement projects to ensure that methodological rigor is maintained
Transforming data into actionable information by applying various modes of graphical representation and preparing easy-to-follow narratives to tell an engaging story about opportunities for improvement
Clarify expectations about the scope and purpose of deliverables
Guide the interpretation of the data
Summarize complex findings through appropriate methods of data visualization
Transform a data-driven work product into a comprehensive narrative structure that tells the whole story of the analysis to a nontechnical/nonclinical audience
Professional Engagement
Pursues/achieves/maintains required applicable certification and licensure
Pursues professional growth and development of required knowledge and skills
Participates in a Quality-related professional organization
Serves as a subject matter expert for Healthcare Quality Data Analytics programs and requirements
Leadership & Integration
Utilizes the principles of influence, leadership, and change management to advance program goals and ensure changes are vetted by all stakeholder groups
Utilizes skills in communication, relationship-building, and facilitation to ensure that all stakeholders feel accountable for Healthcare Quality Data Analytics programs and requirements
Contributes to the development of other stakeholders through education and mentorship
