We’re migrating systems from current platforms to shared platforms that support end-to-end functionality to create a streamlined and enhanced user experience for all business partners. The program is seeking a Program Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth execution of our implementations and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in program management, an understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a knack for data analysisAs the Program Support Specialist (Manager (IC), you will be instrumental in providing the necessary support to our program coaches and teams. Your role will focus on enabling effective project delivery, fostering team collaboration and ensuring that our program adapts quickly to meet changing business needs.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Assist with the day-to-day planning, delivery and ongoing support of key projects within the COMET Program, ensuring alignment with overall programmatic goals.Support for Agile Coaches: Act as a key support resource, where needed, helping to facilitate areas of team organization and cross-functional collaboration.Data Analysis: Support the creation of Excel spreadsheets/master trackers and Tableau Dashboards.Presentation & Reporting: Present key findings, project updates and strategic insights to various stakeholders.Required Qualifications

2+ years project/program management and project delivery experience.

Knowledge and experience delivering projects within a Scaled Agile Framework.

Data analysis skills, including the ability to wrangle and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Demonstrate flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements.

Experience taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.

2+ years of experience presenting to various leadership levels within a matrix organization.

2+ years of experience in project management tools such as Rally, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a role that required versatility across multiple disciplines to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities, such as in a consulting environment (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY).

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve.

Prior working experience with an IT / healthcare implementation team in an agile environment.

Current Scaled Agile certification (SA, CSM, SPC, etc.)

Successful track record of enterprise-wide project implementation.

Interested in learning new products and tools to implement improved reporting and process automation.

Large data set extraction and manipulation coding.

Education

Bachelors degree or combination of experiences and skills in lieu of degree.

We support a hybrid work environment if selected and you live near a suitable work location you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy.Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
