This level includes the most technically competent level of project controls/contract administration, and supervisory personnel. Supervises work of others. Responsible for overall performance management. Leads training and development of professionals.PJC Management:
Leads project control teams on highest complexity projects.
Assists LOB PCMs and/or services managers in major activities as needed.
Identifies opportunities for improving project controls processes and systems.
Business Managing:
Provides business services for major projects and capture of major projects.
Interfaces with project teams and Directors to ensure project controls supports execution.
Coordinates resource requirements with services managers and department head.
Provides leadership in identifying and addressing major department issues.
Regional Office/Group Managing:
Leads div project controls process and systems development.
Collaborates with the regional office management team to achieve maximum value contribution.
Provides leadership to development of regional plans for project controls support on projects in support of regional execution office and project field sites within region for multiple LOBs.
Management ResponsibilitiesPreferred QualificationsPrefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management. Experience serving in a Leadership role for a large EPC project in both Home Office and Field preferred.Minimum QualificationsFour-year Bachelor's degree with fifeteen or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with eighteen years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office with a certificate from either PMI or AACE.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.CertificationsNone specifiedWork Environment/Physical DemandsTypical office environment.
