- 30 to 40%, working with project team and cross functional teams across the company. It spans across different project phases from supporting procurement of BOM to receiving and other PM tool maintenance tasks Procurement support : Able to maintain purchase tracking sheet with large BOMs (hundreds of parts in each BOM) across multiple projects (5 to 7 projects) Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with stakeholders Prior project coordination experience preferred Respond quickly to changing customer requirements Communicate risks and task status to stakeholders effectively and regularly
