Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a project coordinator for an oil and gas company located in downtown Houston. This person will be supporting a PMO team and will be responsible for creating strategic support and heavy administrative duties. He/she must be able to easily immerse themselves into the project structure and team to be effective in supporting project management controls. Responsibilities include Roster management, Contractor onboarding/ offboarding, Teams access management, Project management controls (i.e. maintain integrity of RAID, change control, workshops register, etc.), and right-hand support for Program Manager on ad hoc items.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
