Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in McKinney, Texas. As a Project Coordinator, your role will include reviewing project requirements, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. This position is within a dynamic and fast-paced industry, where your skills in data entry, timeline management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be highly valuable.Responsibilities: Review and understand project requirements in collaboration with the salesperson, the partner, the installation manager, and the customer. Efficiently manage a schedule that coordinates mounting equipment, tools, installers, and vehicles. Utilize your judgement to adapt project objectives, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Maintain constant communication internally and externally, particularly if there are potential changes to the schedule or unexpected issues arise from the customer's end. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the correct items are ordered and delivered to the right location at the right time. Work with the accounting team to produce accurate customer invoices. Document commitments and keep a record of completed tasks, noting when they were completed and by whom. Act as the first point of contact when issues arise, coordinating actions to get back on track. Foster a positive work environment and enjoy working with a team of like-minded individuals. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines effectively. Experience in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Proven experience in a similar role as a Project Coordinator is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
