Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of extension) Project Coordinator IIThis team leads the merchandising execution of Apple store within a store fixture concepts inthe US retail. Example: if you go to Target, BestBuy, Costco, AT&T etc. retail stores they are thedesigners of the fixtures that showcases the Apple products, they are the team that interfaceswith the sales teams who manage the relationships with the partners to bring their in-storeexperience to life.Looking for a replacement candidate with tenure experience that can come in and hit theground running.

The top skills needed:
  • Attention to detail/Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills (must have) – there is a fair amount of work in systems needing a high degree of accuracy in terms of the data entry, follow up and closing the loop on keeping accurate
  • data records of the Apple fixtures that are set in the US.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal (must have) – working closely with up to 5 Program Managers.
  • Ability to clearly communicate status updates, follow up and both need to be done clear and timely.
  • Excel skills (must have) – is critical to the role. Ability to export from a variety of databases to excel, then ability to run pivots, v-look ups and formulas to ensure the team excel reports that are actionable not have to spend a lot of time converting data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing budgets and Auditing experience (nice to have) – managing budgets and auditing budgets for accuracy.
  • Ability to reconcile records and PO’s
  • keeping the PO’s on track.

Job SummaryThe Project Specialist reports to the US Channel Sales Programs Manager. The Project Specialistwill support the Fixture deployment team specifically with deployment punch-list items anddocument management. The fixture deployment process relies heavily on the exchange, markupand follow-up with multiple partners of many different documents. These documents(design brief, store planning proposal, initial design kit, site survey and final design kit) areuploaded and downloaded within our proprietary workflow management system, Store FrontOperations (SFO) and with our retailer and/or carrier partner’s FTP sites, our manufacturers'FTP sites and our installers’ FTP sites. In addition, each step within the process needs to be tracked to ensure corporate SLAs are met. Additional duties including supporting New ProductIntroduction (NPI) activities and pulling ad-hoc in-store technology reports.

Description
  • Maintain internal database by ensuring correct information is entered into the system
  • Accurately enter information for various channel sales programs
  • Reconcile information from internal database by comparing data from email and spreadsheets
  • Report any data discrepancies
  • Obtain documents for cross-functional teams, vendors and accounts
  • Upload / download documents from / to internal and external systems
  • Track project activities and report when deadlines are missed
  • Follow up with vendors on punch-list items post fixture installation
  • Support shipment tracking for deployments and NPIs
  • Provide first line support for help email boxes
  • Special projects supporting NPI activities or the Quality team on an as needed basis
  • 2D, 3D Demo Unit Tracking (NPI)
  • Vendor PO management and tracking
  • Vendor scheduling
  • UAT for WW systems such as StoreBuilder (workflow for fixture and merchandising
