The role of the Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement will be to work with Sustainability and Technology department leaders to define ed to end the business process and the corresponding initiatives required to achieve the departments future state. They will take a data-driven, analytical approach to originating ideas on areas of improvement as well as leading the discovery efforts of new project proposals that come into the Sustainability technology team's purview. This individual will not only be responsible for originating and reviewing the efficacy of propositions, but also for executing business driven continuous improvement. This position will report to the VP, Sustainability Platform Manager and will oversee the portfolio of processes related to the Sustainability department.Responsibilities: Serve as the Process Lead / Partner for AnE projects and Sustainability department Conduct strategic planning for assigned departments Own process documentation and future state process improvements for assigned departments, acting as a trusted advisor in designing their future operations Maintains strong relationships with department leaders to ensure their pain points and opportunities are being addressed Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business and technology to define and achieve the departments vision Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to better understand the organization and areas of improvement Demonstrates discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives Oversees segment of project portfolio as assigned, assisting individual project managers with execution and delivery of results Supports the project intake process by owning discovery and developing project charters and business cases for requests in designated business areas Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Highly flexible and adaptable to change Teamwork skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities Help develop and mature mechanisms driving a culture of continuous improvement Behaves in an inclusive, respectful manner while encouraging the same from othersQualifications 5+ years of management consulting focused on operating model and continuous improvement functions, or commercial real estate finance and accounting experience Practical experience thinking through and / or managing business processes and business requirements Strong formal and organic leadership ability and ambition Strong organizational skills, can break complex topics into simple actionable messages Strong strategic thinking, ability to think and align long term and short-term objectives and to align department prioritization with enterprise, customer, and investor priorities Ability to ideate flexibly, toggling between ambitious, innovative solutions and iterative, proven approaches to problem-solving Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback and interaction.
