Job Summary The successful candidate will deploy, manage, and sustain automated application deployment environments in AWS leveraging tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation (AWS). Expertise in automation of infrastructure - deployment, configuration, and orchestration with IaC Pipelines and workflows.

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLeads onboarding team to support automated deployment of the application infrastructure and maintenance with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Providing automation expertise in support of advanced cloud infrastructure solutions using a Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelineProviding guidance on cloud native capabilities, Identity and Access Management (IAM), certificate management, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access to AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) and cloud-based security controlsDeveloping or updating documentation for Playbooks, Runbooks and GitHub repositoryTroubleshooting issues with cloud services or access to cloud resourcesIntegrating with Security products like ClearQuest, AppScan, Fortify, etcTo ensure that all the SLA s related to the Professional Services are meet. Share the KPIs & Service metrics to the management on regular basisTake part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night ShiftsWork out of hours based on the request to perform product operations & to work with the engineering/support teamsRelevant ExperienceExpertise in provisioning & maintenance of cloud application workloads in AWS CloudAbility to use git, bitbucket, TFS or other centralized code repositories for version control and automate deployments,Experience with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)Experience with complex virtualized network configurations and integration with a physical network infrastructureTroubleshoot & break-fix support for applications & 3rd party integrations deployed in AWS,Patch and upgrade applications and infrastructure in AWS as required,Triage incidents with customer s engineering teams and escalate as necessary to internal teams or engage 3rd party support,Able to effectively work in a group, or as an independent individual contributor,Assist technical Analysts and Infrastructure Engineers by ensuring that technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards,Understanding of following technology stacko RDS (MYSQL, PostgreSQL)o Rediso Docker, Kubernetes (ECS, EKS)o Kafkao Zookeper, Spring, Kongo React, Java, JS, Auth, Angularo EC2 (Windows & Linux), IAMExperience with the Security products is an added advantageExperience working in an Agile development environmentExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global teamExcellent communication skills QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of industrial experience, 5+ years of experience in leading the professional services team Managing, Supporting, and onboarding customers on a multi-tenant SaaS product with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, JS and Related DevOps Toolsets in AWS Cloud Job FunctionsCloud Deployment Lead (Professional Services Lead- ProServ)
