Needs to be able to work cross functionally across various business units, IT departments and work with 3rd party vendors. Has good foundational PM skills but also ability to communication at all levels, get buy in, understand the business and be able to execute quickly. Looking for thought leadership.Responsibilities

Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates
Develop and maintain project performance reports that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
Build partnerships with external resources including third-party vendors and act as a point of communication between MT teams and them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
7+ years of project management experience
Understanding of Agile, SAFe and Bi-Modal Delivery Structures
Experience in financial processes
Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
Hands-on experience with managing stakeholders and teams
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience facilitating and managing meetings
Knowledge of project management best practices
