Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is within the non-profit industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The Project Manager will be instrumental in planning, initiating, and managing projects, as well as engaging with stakeholders and managing resources. This is 100% remote. Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare providers. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to maintain project efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks. Ensure compliance with established quality standards for project deliverables. Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the project team. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports. Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum to track milestones and deliverables. Leverage skills in budget processes, communication, and construction to ensure project success.
