Job DescriptionA client is currently seeking a Project Manager on the M&A Integration team responsible for leading activities to integrate date for new company acquisitions. This high-visibility role has responsibility for participating in due diligence prior to acquiring companies to formulate the plan for data integration and associated risks. Post Close, the individual in this role will coordinate integration activities of all corporate departments, as well as leading the migration. The person in this position requires exceptional skills to coordinate cross-functional integration efforts while ensuring that acquisition objectives are met/exceeded.Other Responsibilities:

Coordinate the integration activities of HR, Marketing, F&A, Support, Professional Services, and Operations. Coordinate with IT project managers and Division Leadership on integration activities in their area.

Map data from acquisitions applications to Salesforce

Scrub data before migration to identify and correct errors

Hand data off to Salesforce team to be uploaded

Coordinate Go-Live and potentially Go-Live training

Conduct post-mortems after each acquisition and feed improvements identified into the M&A playbook
