Neos is currently seeking a Project Manager Data Management & Reporting for a long-term contracting position with our client in Austin, Texas.

Only Candidates Local to Texas Need ApplyWorker will join the Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) commercial team, within Customer Energy Solutions (CES) at Austin Energy to support the rating of local green buildings, the development of green building policies, and the delivery of green building and sustainability education to the community. Worker will lead projects associated with data management, analysis and report coding, reporting and technical writing. GIS/geographically mapped data would empower the team to identify key sustainability interventions across Austin's diverse cultural and environmental ecosystems. Strong technical writing skills will support the clarification customer and staff processes and procedures within the cloud-based software (the online rating platform) we use to support our rating system and to improve customer performance and outcomes in Austin Energy's smart building and sustainability initiatives. Skill with hardware and software will inform improved performance and outcomes in AE's smart building enablement initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

Skills/Experience 3Database design, maintenance, updates and reporting (eg: SQL) and web (front and back end) development to host educational guidance documents3Report analysis, data anomaly identification, manages investigation process through assignment and tracking (Common Statistical Analysis).3-7Experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience.
