Job Title : Project Manager/Recruiting Operations Project Manager

Contract : 12 month

If you are results driven, a self-starter, and ready to “Think different," come join us.DescriptionThe Recruiting Support team provides internal support services to the recruiting team and recruitment system users by executing various project based and operational related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Recruitment team members through tasks, systems support, and small scale projects.Responsibilities may include:
  • Managing Recruitment related support tickets via Service Now
  • Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple client locations
  • Liaising with key business partners to perform tasks or troubleshoot system bugs, while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Embracing a variety of software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Assisting in recruitment projects and programs that span across both Corporate and Retail, such as Employee Referral Program audits, account provisioning, Job Board postings, tool enhancements, consultation, reporting, training, and various other tasks
  • Ensuring the user experience represents the client brand
Required SkillsKey qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, project coordination, event planning or admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Recruitment systems experience is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with driving process improvements and a proven track record of provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion, and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively share work with a global team
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strength in complex problem solving
  • Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations
  • A proven track record of serving as a subject matter expert
  • Leadership experience preferred
