Job Title:People Analytics - Project Manager Duration:3+ months Location:Austin TX 78739 16176343 Key Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years experience with Wrike at an expert level • Background in designing and implementing project management processes for an organization • Experience identifying the optimal organization of Spaces and Folders in Wrike to align with team structure and projects • Development of custom workflows in Wrike; creation of project and task templates; creation of Blueprints for recurring projects • Creation of Wrike Dashboards, Reports, and Workload Reports to help track team activities and summarize to leadership • Experience connecting Wrike to Slack to convert chats into structured work • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business, senior leadership, and technical teams • Depth in project management standard methodologies with the ability to tailor for Apple • Experience handling project risks, issues, and decisions • Ability to define, manage, and prioritize your own work, juggling multiple projects, possibly with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, environment • Thrives in an ambiguous work environment Description • Work with People Analytics managers to transition current project and task management to Wrike, includes developing a deep understanding of team structure/work to lead the design and implementation of processes • Establish the People Analytics Workspace in Wrike, including organizing Spaces/Folders and creating the necessary Blueprints and Project templates • Organize and lead weekly meetings with individual managers to guide them through Wrike implementation for their team • Conduct training sessions with developers and analysts to onboard them to Wrike • Review leadership information needs and create the optimal Dashboards and Reports in Wrike. Train leadership on the use of these reports, and how to leverage for monthly Org. updates to senior leadership • Design and implement other project management resources and templates, including RACI models, status updates, and project requirements/decisions trackers Technical skills • Expertise with Wrike project management platform • Experience with Apple Keynote and Excel, as well as collaboration tools (e.g., Box, Quip, Slack) • Prefer experience as a developer in analytic product builds, including SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, or Python Education & Experience • Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or Business Administration Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience Skills: MacOS & iOS Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
