RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking a Project Manager lll in Dallas, Texas (TX).

Responsibilities: Utilize project coordination expertise and tools such as Jira and Confluence to support upstream and downstream teams throughout SDLC. Project Manager will manage each project's scope, timeline, and track execution of features Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur (escalate and track impediments, manage risks, and dependencies) Project Manager will be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Create dashboards and filters to track and produce key metrics Manage and optimize Kanban flow Coach team members in Agile frameworks Project Manager will guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

REQUIREMENTS: Certified SAFe 5 Agilist Experience in a Scrum Master role Strong knowledge and experience with Jira (create complex filters, dashboards, etc.) Strong knowledge and experience with Confluence Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and/or backlog refinement) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills
