Oversees aria-hidden="true" and develops project budgets, schedules, works plans, resource aria-hidden="true" requirements, cost estimates, and cost projections. Documents and aria-hidden="true" monitors exceptions to standard IT policies, processes, and best aria-hidden="true" practices. aria-hidden="true" Deliverable Quality: Oversees, monitors, and manages the quality of aria-hidden="true" highly complex, customized software build-out and works to identify aria-hidden="true" continuous improvement measures/root cause and corrective actions. aria-hidden="true" Verifies project deliverables are acceptable, fulfill terms of the team aria-hidden="true" agreements, and are within time and budget. May oversee the deliverables aria-hidden="true" of contract work. aria-hidden="true" Customer Satisfaction: Communicates routinely to project team members aria-hidden="true" and other stakeholders; actively soliciting and addressing customer and aria-hidden="true" project team feedback. aria-hidden="true" Leadership: Responsible for problem management, issue resolution, and aria-hidden="true" risk identification and mitigation. Identify Full Time aria-hidden="true" Equivalent (FTE) employees necessary to maintain the software, i.e. to aria-hidden="true" provide software fixes and changes after going live. These changes may aria-hidden="true" be required legislative changes, or annual changes to the TDHCA program aria-hidden="true" rules and application process. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Worker Skills and Qualifications: aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Create or support the development and maintenance of complete project aria-hidden="true" management plans and project schedules that include all work breakdown aria-hidden="true" structure (WBS) elements of the project business such as milestones and aria-hidden="true" critical path activities. aria-hidden="true" Work with appropriate personnel to define scope, timelines and budget. aria-hidden="true" Ensure the timely posting of all required project management artifacts aria-hidden="true" and approvals in compliance with our methodology standards. aria-hidden="true" Support the project by facilitating project logistics. aria-hidden="true" Create and implement communication plans.
