Job Description
Description: Project Manager - Software Application Implementation Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Implementation Project Team in organizing, tracking, and communicating items, tasks, meetings, concerns, and project plan progress, requirements, and changes. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project. Schedule, lead, and report out on project meetings with all stakeholders and responsible parties to keep everyone apprised of progress, open and closed tasks, identified risks, open issues, and upcoming items in alignment with the project plan and timeline. Creating long- and short-term plans and task lists, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to the overall schedule, and coordinating with project team members on respective project tasks. Track and document delegated project tasks and open questions to stakeholders and subject matter experts for assignment and resolution. Provide support for effective decision-making when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Key Skills Proven working experience in project management and implementation of enterprise software application Excellent communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Gsuites Experience with project management software tools Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Requirements: Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in relevant fields At least five years experience in project management Previous experience in implementing an intranet platform preferred
