This position will be managing, organizing and entering information across multiple platforms (heavy excel and OV systems) and working across multiple accounts at once. They will collaborate with Project Managers and production teams to ensure their tasks are managed/delivered on time. This is a primarily internal facing role and correspondence with customers will vary based on account.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers on kit checks.
Complete an accurate billing summary for finance.
Enter shipping information into Monarch via manually, excel spreadsheet for import, SKL, or IX database.
Pull and send customer tracking information, packing slips, BOL, etc. after job has shipped.
Check all tracking for movement/issues on accounts that require it. Notify shipping of issues.
Create and enter finished good item codes upon project completion.
Place discard orders for finished goods; Deactivate item codes when needed.
Enter finished good order and provide tracking once shipped.
Follow up on stock, skid and hardware receipts to ensure correct items and quantities received. Includes keeping count of customer furnished hardware.
Assist in maintaining daily status of jobs and getting with scheduling on issues.
Assist Project Manager with load plans, box labels, uploading photos, adding files to customer sites, and
Occasional coordinate the sending, approval, and receiving of customer hard proofs.
Generate Advanced Shipping Notice forms to send to customer.
Works with Project Managers to field customer inquiries when needed.
QualificationsEducation, Skills, Experience & Abilities:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Microsoft Office products experience
Strong Excel Skills a Must
People person with effective communication skills
Highly detailed with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of print terminology a plus, but not required
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office environment. However, frequent trips to the production floor and other buildings is expected. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
