Job Description:

More specific requirements for Cloud Security Project Manager:
  • Work with CLIENT stakeholders to assist CLIENT with the cloud security program initiatives
  • Work in agile models to track security programs
  • Support scrums and product owner for cloud security programs
  • Assist in scrum activities and practices of scrum methodologies
  • Support scrum teams with sprints, cycle planning, setting increments and goals
  • Assist with coaching scrum practices and principles
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to CLIENT management teams
  • Assist CLIENT, at CLIENT direction, in developing project plans and tracking the task status
  • Prepare documentation required by CLIENT’s Project Management Office (PMO) and Safe Agile for approvals and add to repository
  • Support client in its process of identifying issues and risks associated with cloud security engagements
  • Support client effort, at the direction of the client, to coordinate activities among different Information security teams and other information technology teams to drive the cloud security initiatives
  • Assist to remove or minimize barriers and roadblocks the team encounters with cloud security initiatives
  • Assist with organization processes and updates from recent organization changes

    • Agile Project Manager:- Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projects- Organize and control the activities of the area, assign Personnel to the various Projects and direct their activities- Manage high complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration Projects- Understand and meet the Project sponsors’ expectations- Monitor progress to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized- Monitor and control quality, risks, issues, and Project changes to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized- Adhere to, support, and contribute to development or enhancement of internal CLIENT project management standards and processes- Determine the impact of Project Changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation- Develop sponsorship/support for Project (at the executive level) within affected organizations and establish a governance organization- Monitor and maintain Project team morale- Resolve issues escalated by the management team- Escalate unresolved issues via the governance framework

    Qualifications:- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience- 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment; 7-10 years of project management experience- Expert knowledge in the assigned business area discipline such as engineering or information technology- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired- Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule performance reporting- Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)- Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed- Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively
