Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the industry, located in Deer Park, Texas. The role will focus on overseeing the daily operations of the Coupa Spend Management System, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be expected to research, design, test, deploy, and maintain the Coupa ecosystem, as well as establish relationships with internal users and external suppliers.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Coupa Spend Management System Conduct research, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Coupa ecosystem Build and maintain user roles, workflows, process forms, reports, and master data setups in the Coupa configurations Develop and implement efficient, effective, and user-friendly processes within Coupa Support integrations to ERP and other future integrations with Coupa Make strategic decisions regarding system-wide changes, including new or retiring custom fields, cXML invoicing setup, content groups, custom approval chains, and adoption of new functionality Maintain Coupa process documentation and flows supporting changes Serve as a subject matter expert for the Coupa platform and its processes Develop and deploy comprehensive training programs for internal users Stay updated with the latest Coupa functionality, upgrades, and version releases Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Coupa's features and communicate to relevant groups Manage accounting ticketing system, delegate tasks, and ensure tasks are closed appropriately. Requirements Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or as a senior consultant. Proficiency in using Coupa software is mandatory. Prior experience in IT project management will be preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Profound knowledge in various project management methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. PMP certification will be a plus.
