Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management activities across various functions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress continuously Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive project success Evaluate project outcomes against the initial project goals and objectives Continually enhance knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Project Management is essential Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to handle stress and remain calm in challenging situations Proficient in project management software Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on schedule Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting for projects Ability to analyze project data and produce relevant reports Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee all aspects of a project Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new project management methodologies Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
