Property Manager

The Arts at South Austin seeks a dynamic Property Manager to lead our team. He/she will have full responsibility of managing daily operations to ensure maximum occupancy while delivering top-notch customer service to our 140 unit community.

Responsibilities:

Advertise units and negotiate lease terms

Perform resident screenings

Act as liaison between residents and property owner

Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner

Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints

Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor

Create, train, mentor and manage a cohesive staff

Qualifications:

2+ years industry experience in property management

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and industry software

Ability to work with minimal supervision
