We're looking for reliable contractors to join our team! If you have a truck and trailer, can perform a variety of tasks including lock changes, landscaping, winterizations, and more, we want to hear from you! We have a few jobs a week in the area. Mostly securing, trash outs, and bid approvals.

Requirements:

- Own a truck and trailer

- Ability to perform diverse tasks (lock changes, landscaping, winterizations, etc.)

- Must be able to thoroughly photograph properties and all work performed

- Insurance is preferred
