Job Title: Python Full Stack Software Engineer Architect

Location: Richardson, TX Cerberus

Exp: 11+Years

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $75-95/H on C2C

Note: The project will be leveraging Python for back end API and React

The candidate to be doing some coding (25%). The other 75% will be leading the development team and interacting with stake holders

Responsibilities: · Manage and architect end to end software solutions.· Breakdown business requirements into manageable technology tasks and be accountable for delivery for the entire solution.· Engage stake holders to manage delivery expectations.· Coach and mentor junior staffs.· Build secure, extensible, and scalable software solutions using best practices (Containerization, Ci/Cd, Unit Testing, Code Review, Static Code Scanning etc.)· Participate in daily standups and update agile boards.· Participate in sprint grooming sessions and provide accurate estimates.

Business Knowledge / Technical Skills:· Genuinely interested in how current and emerging technology-based capabilities can transform companies and generate value· Solid hands-on experience with (React, Python, SQL, AWS, Node)· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization and seamlessly interface between both Technical and Business Executive Teams· Ability to own projects start to finish with limited direction or oversight· Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including agile and continuous improvement approaches· Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously· Interest in and understanding of modern technology platforms, tools, and techniques (i.e. Cloud, Machine Learning, etc.)

Professional Experience & Education:· 10+ years in full stack development· Cross industry exposure and experience is a plus; Cerberus invests in a variety of industries across our platform· STEM, Finance, or Economics degree preferred

Other Requirements:· Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple Time-zones

Candidates should be comfortable working from any location whether it be in the office, in client offices, on the road, or at home
