QA Lead Austin, TX (Onsite) 12+ months contract - Bachelor in Engineering - Primary Skill: Core Java, Selenium - Automation 6+ years' experience in Software Development Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application - Must have Hands on Experience with Java/Selenium programming and RESTful Web-Services testing using Rest Assured. - Experience in designing and development Test Automation Framework from scratch. - Must have proven expertise through extensive work experience in test automation scripting and strong debugging skills. - Must have strong analytics, reporting skills and ability to communicate risks and issues effectively and timely. - Should be familiar with design patterns and participate in architecture discussions with the development team. - Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins/Kubernetes/docker and Maven. - Should be familiar with any BDD and TestNG framework. - Good experience in Agile Methodology, standard testing techniques and principles - Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good to have: - Exposure UI Automation using JavaScript/Protractor is a Plus - Exposure to Performance Testing and knowledge of JMeter/ Gatling tools are a Plus.
