QA Lead with Team Connect (Only Full Time / Onsite)

Hi Professional,

• 10+ years of experience in Manual Testing and Automation testing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in TeamConnect Application testing and Mobile (IOS) application testing
• Sound knowledge in Legal domain / enterprise legal solutions /e-Billing management
• Good at leading the testing team spread across different locations and vendors
• Good test case writing skills and test execution skills
• Good at functional, integration, system, and performance test executions
• Good at using bug reporting and agile related tools. Should be process oriented.
• Good team player with leadership skills. Ability to mitigate risks
• Conduct requirements clarification, defects triage and review meetings with the team
• Good at documenting the new features and functionality and providing instructions manuals for the UAT users.
• Prepare reports and presentations to the management periodically
• Taking ownership and accountability. Should be able to meet tight deadlines
• Resolve basic technical issues and provide design suggestions
• Good communication skill
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project and downstream systems.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
