Position: QA Tester

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Full Time

Skills:

5+ years of experience in Mobile/MAC application Testing
Review and analyze system specifications
Execute test cases manually and analyze results
Sound knowledge in test case creation and execution.
Good knowledge in Manual Testing concepts Knowledge in Mobile apps(Android and iOS).
Knowledge of collection of logs and analyzing it.
Experience working in Agile Methodology
Good Working experience in functional, non- functional testing, Load testing, performance testing, test automation.
Experience in building/porting test suite/framework/tools across different environment
Good exploration skills with strong QA perspectives & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions
Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently
Hands on experience with integration of Various Testing tools, Version Control systems, Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools
Good exposure to different testing methodologies
High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality and maintain application stability
Deep understanding of iterative (agile) software development methodologies

Key Responsibility:

Familiarity with Agile frameworks, API testing, database testing is a plus
Knowledge of automation will be helpful.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester for Mobile App.
Passionate about design and UI, able to provide feedback regarding User Experience testing
Automate tests in the suite & build deeper understanding of product/application with a keen appreciation of Software Quality
Execution of tests in automated test framework with the Jenkins continuous build system & maintain
Work closely with Leads, Project Managers, and UX teams for changes
Learn customer’s delivery model and process quickly.
Strong proficiency in at least 1 programming/scripting languages – Python and Java
