Description We are in search of a Quality Assurance Manager to join our manufacturing team located in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related standard operating procedures, conducting internal and external audits in compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.Responsibilities: Oversee the quality assurance department, directing the work of quality technicians and other personnel to meet the quality requirements for current business and future improvements. Develop and implement annual quality goals and objectives that align with the overall company goal and long-term strategic concerns. Establish and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 certification and ensure adherence to the quality system. Educate and train employees on their impact in the quality management system, including quality matters, protocols, and procedures. Direct the corrective actions system for customer complaints, warranties, returns, and internal processes. Collaborate with all departments to develop documentation of processes and procedures. Lead the development of quality and improvement plans that will impact the overall cost of products. Conduct audits, create audit findings reports, and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with suppliers. Manage the Supplier Quality metrics such as Non-Conformance Tracking and Supplier Corrective Action Requests. Participate in new product introduction or product change projects, ensuring all requisite quality standards are met. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is essential. Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) is required. Solid understanding and experience with manufacturing processes and systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing Quality Metrics. Experience in conducting Internal Audits. Knowledge and experience in Quality Management (QM) is required. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 standards. Ability to understand and implement Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
