1 year of Excel experience (No V lookups or Pivot Tables)
Preferred experience:
3+ years of health care insurance experience.
Knowing medical terminology, deductible, copay, provider language will help them stand apart.
Description:
This role will have the responsibility of quality testing all of the benefit plans.
This person will then be working within a few systems to make sure the plan is built out correctly and to the specs of the client.
If the plan is missing something or the claim isn't adjudicating correctly they will send it back to the AIS team to correct.
They will have a scorecard once out of training. They will be expected to work 25 plans a week.
This is a non-IT position falling under the operations vertical.
Pay:$24/hr Shift:This is a fully work from home position. Must have quiet workspace or home office. Ship all equipment to this person. Laptop, dual monitor, headset, mouse, keyboard. Training 8AM to 4:30PM CST for training. Roughly 2 weeks and 2 days of formal classroom style training. They will then for 2 to 3 weeks be in a practice inbox working through the plans until going live in production. Hours Must be comfortable with 40 hour work week and then mandatory OT during peak season. Peak season: November 16th & 17th December 7th & 8th December 14th & 15th December 28th & 29th Must work 8 hours within those 2 days. They can work a full 8 hours one day and be done or 3 and 5 or 4 and 4. Whatever works for them to get it in during that time. Core hours are 9AM to 3PM CST. Meaning they must work a shift that covers those hours. They could work 7AM to 3PM or 9AM to 6PM. They do need to let their supervisor know roughly what shift they would like to stick to but they do have flexibility as needed as long as the 9AM to 3PM is covered each day and they work 8 hours that day.
