• Audit documents (engineering organization ISO 9001 documentation health check).
• Evaluate existing documentation for accuracy (up-to-date links, references, etc.)
• Identify gaps in engineering processes and ISO 9001 documentation.
• Support manager in initiating document creation (provide templates, instructions, etc.)
• Audit new documentation, identify risks, and create action items for process owners.
• Ensure each engineering area has Training Matrix and keeps records of training.
• Support Engineering Managers in identifying training gaps within their teams and creating recovery plans.
• Perform internal and external audits.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• ISO 9001 standards and internal/external audits experience.
