Ranch looking for a Couple

Looking for an older/mature couple with no children at home to live and work on a small family ranch 1-1/2 hours south of San Antonio in Tilden, Tx.Husband = (Full Time) entry-level maintenance/ranch hand.

General handyman-type repairs. (basic plumbing, simple construction)

General ranch maintenance (lawn care, repairing fences, filling feeders, waterline repairs, equipment maintenance) and any other jobs that typically come with daily ranch upkeep.

Cleaning of game animals after hunts.

What you don't know I will teach.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –Wife = (Part-time) housekeeper/cook.

Cleaning and maintenance of all homes on regular basis.

Handle meal prep and cooking when the absentee owner and guests are in residence.

Plus any other duties that typically come with housekeeping (maintenance) and cooking.

When ranch work requires, your work schedule will be flexible to address all ranch requirements outside of normal operating hours.

Pre-employment felony background check.Pay is 15.00 hr. DOE

These are year-round long-term positions which include Studio Style Apt with large appliances and utilities (water, fiber internet, electricity, propane, DirecTV).
