As a Recruiter, you will work closely with the Human Resources field team to create requisitions, screen candidates, and provide logistical support for the hiring process. Work with internal customers to communicate the status of hiring processes and progress against hiring plans. Provide support to field team to meet Sourcing needs; utilize various Sourcing tools (Successfactors, LinkedIn, Career Fair’s etc.) You will research information, define, design, document, and recommend innovative solutions as needed. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Legal Studies OR business-related major. Two (2) or more years of work experience in a professional work environment. One (1) year or more of Recruiting/Sourcing experience. Must have a demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s) (Successfactors), the Internet, search engines, HR Main, etc.). Must be proficient in making job offers and managing candidates through the background check, medical qualification process and communicating with candidates regarding their status in the hiring process. Ability to handle customer relationship solutions, provide strong customer relations skills and work in a large team environment with a high sense of urgency is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy needed. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Strong knowledge of employment laws, practices and processes preferred. Ability to travel as required by the job (up to 20%).
