Recruiter

We're currently working with our well-known client to help staff a couple of Recruiters. These positions are contractual to start. Our client is located in Richardson, TX. They are looking for someone to work in office on a hybrid schedule. We’re targeting 40/hr. 6 months in initial duration. We do expect this to extend or go contract for hire. We searching for recruiters that has experience in staffing customer service professionals. Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, Source and Hire for diversity through working with external and internal resources.
• Execute on deadline driven hiring and collaborate with Recruiting Lead and Manager to refine recruiting strategies as necessary to support the need.
• Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screen qualified candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.
• Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience.

• Previous experience supporting Union, Class and Non Class roles
• Community Outreach and Engagement: uncovering and building relationships with organizations to increase candidate pipeline opportunities: Community Colleges, Non-Profits and Associations
• Coordinate and attend designated events in the market like: community meetings, external job fairs, external networking sessions, and Diversity initiatives
• Maximize opportunities to source for diversity by working with external and internal resources, partnering with Military and niche Recruiting teams, support Affirmative Action and Diversity initiatives, leverage internal partnership with BRGs
