Howcould you helpus do this?

We need a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our America's team to help us manage the end to end recruitment processes including consulting with HR and business leaders to design and implement attraction strategies, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks, relocation/immigration, and offer completion. The new colleague will also be responsible for designing and implementing attraction strategies; ensure local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.

What kind of work would you be doing?
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple business organization.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle.
  • Provide support on hiring initiatives where there is staffing impact.
  • Use significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of the staffing strategy, including talent attraction, hiring, relocation, and the contingent workforce.
  • We willgive you the tools and support your need to shape this role to make it your own and to be successful!

What achievements should you have so far?
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in house with an organization.
  • Experience recruiting for revenue generating positions.
  • Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!
