We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach

Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Proven experience in recruiting or staffing preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
