- Develop a long-term recruitment strategy to bring top candidates into the client while promoting and developing client's recruitment brand across the organization and developing a professional recruitment process
- We are seeking a proven recruitment professional with experience in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting with strong networking and relationship building orientation with executives.

- Develop annual strategy, determine objectives, and assign activities in alignment with client's North American Recruiting Plan.
- Consult with business units to develop annual forecasts for assigned recruiting activities in conjunction with experienced, entry level and intern/co-op hiring goals.
- Partner with business managers to determine co-op, intern and full-time entry-level and experienced hiring needs
- Identify target schools and sources and build recruiting Strategies to support recruiting needs
- Coordinate candidate selection process, including resume collection and reconciliation, resume review, interviewing and decision processes.
- Manage and evaluate business requests for co-ops/interns, manage communications with co-op/intern managers regarding selection, on-boarding, program events and the performance evaluation process.
- Establish strong partnerships with career center directors leveraging recruiting and business unit investments.
- Plan and coordinate communications and on-site and virtual activities to engage candidates.
- Ensure recruiting activities identify a diverse talent pool meeting core skill requirement.
- Identify and recommend which diversity career fairs to attend based on business unit needs.
- Manage logistics for diversity career fairs and engagement opportunities including registering, diversity presentations, diverse organization communication and planning.
- Evaluate metrics that measure conference yields against recruiting goals.
- Determine if client should return to the diversity conference in the future based on results and business need.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Coordinate entire recruiting life-cycle activities for assigned candidates.
- Serves as a contact person and a source of information for new hires.
- Be knowledgeable about and able to appropriately explain client benefits and recruitment related policies and programs.
- Research and analyze bench-marking data from national recruiting organizations for use in campus strategy and planning.
- Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- Gather competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits and employment practices and advise management appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up to date recruiting data and work "real time in updating candidate and req status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Scheduling candidates and interviewers via a variety of online tools and phone/email.
- Create and distribute recruiting activity reports and budgets as required.
- Conduct management presentations regarding recruiting activity as needed.
- Identifies and leads improvement projects toward the goals of standardization of processes, continuous improvement, and increasing capability.
