Based in our Stafford, TX location, you will lead all aspects of machined parts, stampings, fabrications, and outside services. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, develop strong supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence across various sites in the Americas region by leading and coordinating strategic supply chain initiatives for machining and metal forming spend for sites based in the United States and Mexico.This position will be supporting our Pressure Management business. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for the Machining and Metal Forming commodity, focusing on cost optimization, supplier performance, quality, and delivery.

Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing standard processes across the supply chain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, develop inventory strategies, and ensure timely availability of machined parts, stampings, fabrication and support outside services, to meet production requirements.

Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, geopolitical risks, quality issues, and capacity constraints, to minimize the impact on operations.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to supervise supplier performance, evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Work closely with counterparts in other world areas to align global strategy, share standard methodologies, and ensure consistency in sourcing processes and supplier management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or other related field

Seven years of validated experience in supply chain management

Experience in developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies, achieving cost savings, and driving operational excellency

Understanding of processes; including strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, and logistics

Negotiation skills and experience in contract management

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with partners at various levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or other related field

Experience in handling machined bar parts commodity or related industry

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
