Job Function:The Regional Service Manager is responsible for developing and leading a team of Field Service Managers who in turn ensure that delivery and installation occurs on time and with acceptable quality for our customers in the region. In addition, the Regional Service Manager may have primary accountability for coordinating all aspects of the installation projects between the customers, vendors and our company for multiple projects at once, especially with more strategic customers in the region.Job Responsibilities:Hire and onboard Field Service Managers and administrators to cover their assigned territory. Ensure that all measurements are turned in timely.Properly allocate available resources.Drive profitability.Ensure that delivery schedules are up-to-date and submitted to the Marshall Plant weekly.Ensure safety procedures are followed.Enforce company policies and procedures.Drive customer satisfaction.Prevent 24 hour notices.Continued training and skill development for FSMs.Respond to sales and customers when they have service requests.Improve processes and procedures.Ensure that cabinets are delivered to units when they can be installed.Travel in region as necessary to ensure quality, on-time delivery and service.
