Registered Nurse- Full Time Area: All Surrounding areas Home Health RN for Skilled Visits/Start of Cares/ Recerts/ Post Hospitals/ Discharges/ Training new hires/Case Management Rate of pay: Discussed Upon Hire Travel Time and Mileage Paid A tablet will be provided for all Full-Time RN Paid weekly. Job Description: · Care for individual based on personalized Plan of Care and informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the client’s conditions and needs · Counsels client and family through care process while updating family on a regular basis · Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws · Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care · Must be able to safely and efficiently manage Wound Care/Vac, Trach/Vent (if applicable), infusions/PICC lines, lab draws and disease management, Foley care.
