The Release Analyst will be responsible for all pre and post release activities, communication, and coordination. This role will be accountable for below Primary point of contact for all activities involved to plan production deployment Work in conjunction with developers, testers and enterprise release team to plan the release and close out a release Prepare and present Release manifest to senior leadership. Track all release level tasks and communicate progress to the stakeholders Conduct Retrospectives for all releases and follow up on any required action. Open and manage Release Management records in Remedy tool Support late night and weekend deployments Track and communicte environment outages, readiness Familiar with JIRA tool, Mattermost, Excel, Sharepoint Assess potential lower-level and production environment risks and make detailed decisions that impact the environments stability for customers Review change request details and align with audit regulations and best practices.
Required Skills Basic knowledge of Project Management, operating policies, procedures and practices Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills Has the ability to draft effective internal communications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others Process-improvement skills Effective time-management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Requires PC skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project Knowledge of Bank of America systems, including NEXUS and RallyDesired Skills General background and understanding of project management and project documentation Familiar with Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles.
