Remote Customer Service OpportunitiesMUST LIVE IN THE AUSTIN TEXAS AREAWhat will you be doing?Responsibilities will include registration for 30+ global conferences, booking hotel reservations for the conferences, applying changes to attendees' profiles for the conferences, answering any questions regarding the conference and venue, and other on-the-job requests from leadership.They will be provided 2-3 weeks of initial training and tools to complete the interactions.Communication with attendees are in written and verbal form through 3 platforms, Calls, Emails, and Web live chat.Starting pay $15.50/hrMust have good internet and a quiet place to work at homeOne day in office training to pick up equipmentThen work 7:45-4:45 - 3 weeks remote trainingShifts after 3 weeks:6:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
10:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday
11:00am-8:00pm Monday - Friday
5:00pm - 2:00am Sunday - Thursday - hours may vary slightly to account for rest of world time changes
There will be voluntary and mandatory overtime. If mandatory overtime, a 24-hour notice will be provided.
