Description: The Enterprise Performance (EP) Program Management (PM) team is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to drive implementation and adoption of 1LMX PM Transformational Capabilities at Aeronautics.In this role and reporting to the EP PM 1LMX Senior Manager, the selected candidate will foster 1LMX capability awareness and adoption within the Aeronautics PM user community through providing product demos, communications, pilot program coordination, and individual user support. They will also serve as focal point of contact for Aeronautics 1LMX PM user feedback and enhancement ideas leading to continued 1LMX capability development, testing, and release.To be effective in this role, the desired candidate will require the ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment to effectively communicate and build partnerships across Aeronautics functions, lines of business, and LM business areas to deliver results. The Project Manager will support maturation of the Aero 1LMX PM Implementation/Adoption Roadmap and Integrated Master Schedules and will require the ability to serve as delegate to the EP PM 1LMX Senior Manager (as required) to support meetings, deliverables, and to provide briefings and status to executive leadership.1LMX is a dynamic and challenging environment where collaboration is key and constraints are viewed as opportunities to excel. Thus the selected candidate should be comfortable taking accountability through creatively working through challenges to develop effective and compliant solutions aligning to 1LMX objectives. To that end, the desired candidate should have had broad experiences and exposure to agile software development, program management, earned value management, and risk and opportunity management. Experience with VPA, ARM, ROADS, and/or existing CAM tools is also an advantage for the desired candidate.While being primarily a virtual position, occasional travel to LM facilities in Fort Worth, Texas or other major CONUS LM locations may be required. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
