Remote Independent Freight Broker Agent

We are seeking experienced Independent Freight Broker Agents to work under our authority. This remote, commission-only role is ideal for freight professionals with shipper contacts and industry experience looking for the freedom to operate independently with back-office support.

Responsibilities

Solicit freight from shippers and manufacturers

Coordinate with carriers and negotiate competitive rates

Manage freight movements from origin to delivery

Ensure smooth communication between shipper, carrier, and broker

Enter load details into our TMS (provided)

Maintain documentation and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 year of experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or logistics

· Existing book of business (preferred but not required)

· Self-motivated with strong communication skills

· Phone, internet, and a laptop or desktop

· Familiarity with common TMS/load board platforms is a plus
