Rental Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced rental agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greeting customers upon arrival and providing assistance with any inquiries

Inspecting vehicles for damage and ensuring they are clean and in working order

Entering customers information into the rental system

Processing payments and issuing contracts and receipts

Answering telephone calls

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of rental policies and procedures

Candidates must have a valid driver's license
