Need only on W2 or 1099 Essential Duties Lead the design, development, and delivery of financial systems within OneStream XF Solutions set. Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation. Responsible for training clients and OneStream users. Possess knowledge of public sector budget and financial planning, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and financial statements. Lead solution architecture for the business problem and platform integration with third party services. Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management. Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work. Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coaches outside of engagement responsibilities. Interview campus and/or experienced candidates. Key elements we're looking for: OneStream or Hyperion HFM experience. 5-8+ years corporate finance or accounting experience. Qualifications Master's degree in Finance or related field. 6+ years of professional working experience. 3+ years of professional experience with OneStream XF Solutions or Hyperion Financial. Experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion Solutions. Experience leading successful implementations and configurations. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. Travel may be required. Coach and mentor junior staff members. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
